We got free shipping on our decorative exterior vinyl shutters. It was a nice surprise to get free shipping on our decorative exterior vinyl shutters. We had no idea. They had no advertising for the free shipping on the decorative exterior vinyl shutters so, it was nice to hear it at the register. I was so glad there was free shipping on the decorative exterior vinyl shutters. I was able to save a little money that was nice.
