I received my decorative exterior shutters with free shipping. They had free shipping for return as well. I had to send my decorative exterior shutters back because I ordered the wrong size. It was nice that the decorative exterior shutters had free shipping for delivery and return. The free shipping really saved me some money. I now have to wait a little extra time for the shutters because they have to make them special for me.
